1 Introduction & General Information

bdok is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform operated for adult players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdok ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member").

By registering on bdok or using any of its services, you confirm that you have understood and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register on bdok and use its services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential and not to share them with any third party.

• bdok may request a national ID card or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.

In cases of false information or fraudulent activity, bdok reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for transactions on bdok: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Depositing from or withdrawing to a third-party account is prohibited.
• Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

For suspicious or unusual transactions, bdok may delay the withdrawal process until additional verification is completed.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New members on bdok can receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.
• If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not on the total deposit).
• For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified by bdok.
• Each promotion or bonus may have its own validity period and additional conditions, which will be stated on that offer's details page.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, bdok may cancel the bonus and related winnings and close the account.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

bdok's VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can be promoted to a higher tier based on your activity and time spent on the platform. Cashback is calculated automatically each week and credited to your account at the scheduled time. bdok reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdok platform:

• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Opening multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
• Using any automated software, bots, or artificial means to play games.
• Attempting to exploit the platform through hacking, malware, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior toward other members.
• Conducting any unauthorized activity using the bdok name or brand.

If any of the above activities are proven, bdok can immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Gaming & Betting Rules

bdok offers various types of casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. The following general rules apply to all games:

• All games operate on a fair play basis. Results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or a provably fair method.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In case of any dispute over a game result, the logs stored on bdok's servers will be treated as the final evidence.
• For sports betting, bdok reserves the right to change odds or void bets if an error or abnormal situation occurs.

8 Responsible Gaming

bdok places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a solution to financial problems.

• You can set deposit limits, bet limits, or session time limits on your own account.
• A self-exclusion option is available if you need to take a temporary or long-term break.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

bdok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided in a timely manner.
• For technical security reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

You may also request to close your account at any time through bdok support. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed; however, any bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements will result in the associated bonus being cancelled.

10 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content published on the bdok website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of bdok and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from bdok is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

bdok is committed to ensuring the highest level of security and reliability. However, bdok's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure of a device.
• Game interruptions caused by issues in third-party game providers' software.
• Unauthorized access where the user has failed to keep their own login credentials secure.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure situations.

In any circumstance, bdok's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount bet by the user in the relevant session.

15 General Provisions

If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. A delay by bdok in enforcing any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between bdok and the member and take precedence over any prior oral or written understandings.
